Fundemio
Fundemio Terms of Use
Oct 7, 2026 · @Samuel Essien
These terms set the rules for using fundemio.com. Fundemio helps you find funding programmes and prepare to apply. It does not lend money, give advice or decide any application.
1. About these terms
Fundemio is operated by Samlook Holdings BV, a Belgian private limited company.
- Registered office: Van Nevelestraat 16, 2100 Antwerpen, Belgium
- Enterprise number: 0799.966.324 (VAT BE0799966324)
- Contact: privacy@fundemio.com
In these terms, "Fundemio", "we" and "us" mean Samlook Holdings BV. "You" means anyone who visits fundemio.com or creates an account.
By using fundemio.com you agree to these terms. If you create an account for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for that business. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What Fundemio is, and is not
Fundemio is an information and preparation tool. It lists published funding programmes, links to their official sources, and helps you prepare a business profile, a business plan and a budget.
Fundemio is not:
- A lender or funder. We do not lend money, award grants or invest.
- A decision-maker. Only the funding provider decides whether you are eligible and whether you are funded.
- An adviser. Nothing on Fundemio is financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Take professional advice before making a financial decision.
- An applicant on your behalf. We do not submit applications or send your documents to anyone. You apply directly with the provider.
- A guarantee. We never promise approval and never give a probability of success.
3. Your account
You can browse the catalogue without an account. You need an account to create a business profile, save programmes, use the requirements checklist, use the assistant and prepare plans and budgets.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date. The checklist and your documents are only as good as the facts you enter.
- Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- One account is for one person. Each account has one business workspace.
4. The funding catalogue
Programme information comes from official provider and government sources. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not control those sources and they change without notice.
- Check the label. Each listing shows whether it is unverified, AI-verified, human-reviewed or due for reconfirmation. An unverified listing has not been checked against its source, so treat its amounts, terms and deadlines as provisional.
- Verification is not approval. A verified listing means the displayed details matched the official source on the date shown. It does not mean applications are open or that you qualify.
- Confirm with the provider. Before you rely on a listing or apply, confirm the current terms, deadline and eligibility on the provider's official website.
- Gaps are gaps. If no programme is listed for your country or sector, that does not mean none exists.
- Provider websites. Links take you to websites we do not run. Their owners are responsible for their content, their terms and how they handle your information.
5. Preparation tools and the assistant
- Requirements checklist. The checklist compares the facts in your profile with a programme's listed requirements and shows each as met, not met, missing or for the provider to decide. It is a preparation aid, not an eligibility decision.
- Plans and budgets. The plan and budget tools help you organise your own facts and figures. The calculations follow the numbers you enter. Check every figure and assumption before you send a document to a provider.
- The assistant. The assistant is available to signed-in users, with a daily question limit. Its answers are generated by AI from our published catalogue. AI answers can be wrong or incomplete, so check them against the cited official source.
- AI translation. If you ask us to translate a draft, the result is a machine translation. Review it before you use it.
We may set reasonable limits on use of these tools, such as the number of questions per day or documents per account.
6. Your content
Your profile, plans, budgets and questions belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for what you enter. Do not enter information you have no right to use, or sensitive personal information such as health data, identity document numbers or bank account details.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Fundemio for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading, including preparing an application with false information;
- copy, scrape or republish the catalogue in bulk, or build a competing database from it;
- get around usage limits, access another person's account or workspace, or probe or disrupt the service;
- upload malicious code or use automated tools to send requests, other than ordinary search engine indexing of public pages;
- present Fundemio content as advice or as a decision from a funding provider.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
8. Price
Fundemio is free to use today. If we introduce paid features, we will show the price clearly and ask you to agree before you are charged. You will never be charged for something you did not choose to buy.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep Fundemio available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may add, change or remove features, and we may pause the service for maintenance or security.
If we plan to close the service or remove a feature that holds your content, we will give you at least 30 days' notice so you can export your documents.
10. Our content
The Fundemio name, logo, software, design and the way the catalogue is compiled belong to Samlook Holdings BV. You may use the site for your own business preparation. Official programme names and source text remain the property of their providers.
11. Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Subject to that:
- Funding decisions. We are not responsible for a provider's decision, for the content of a provider's website, or for a programme changing or closing.
- Reliance on listings. We are not liable for loss caused by relying on a listing, a checklist result or an assistant answer without confirming it with the provider's official source.
- Your documents. You are responsible for the content of the plans and budgets you prepare and for checking them before use.
- Indirect loss. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit, a lost funding or business opportunity, or loss of content you could have exported.
If you use Fundemio as a consumer, you keep every right that mandatory consumer law gives you. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
12. Ending your account
You can stop using Fundemio at any time. To delete your account and your information, write to privacy@fundemio.com.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or if we must do so by law. Unless the matter is urgent, we will tell you first and give you the chance to export your documents.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why, and what rights you have.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects your rights, we will tell you by email or by a notice on the site at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Fundemio after that date, you accept the new terms.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. If that fails, the courts of Antwerp, Belgium, have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country, and you may bring a claim before the courts where you live.
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms are written in English. If a translation differs from the English text, the English text applies.
